Tools were developed in the Complexity Project Center that allowed SE members to be able to better organize the management of variation and carry-over parts in the development of vehicles. A seminar was developed through which these SE members could get a better understanding of these tools and other changes.

An increasing amount of patients had to be treated by the same amount of staff. To that end, doctors, medical personnel and patients all worked together to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and appropriate measures were developed.

A customized learning program had to be introduced for senior project managers. A corresponding case study was developed with four modules that build upon one another.
